Yaron M. Tilles
Overview
Yaron Tilles is a partner at Zaller Law Group, PC and an experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented attorney with a track record of success and an extensive background in a diverse range of litigation and transactional matters.
Yaron has significant experience and an active practice representing clients in a variety of cases, including employment (e.g., wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, non-compliant wage statements, PAGA penalties, and unfair competition), premises and products liability (e.g., trip-and-fall, product defect, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury), business torts, toxic torts (e.g., asbestos, benzene, and mold exposure), business and real estate disputes, professional liability, and construction defect. Yaron has successfully represented clients through all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and investigation to mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
Yaron also provides clients with employment advice and counsel, employment policy and pre-litigation consulting, and representation before various administrative bodies, including the Department of Labor (DOL) – Labor Commissioner’s Office, California Civil Rights Department (CRD, formerly known as the Dept. of Fair Employment and Housing), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Adept at navigating complex legal matters, communicating effectively, and negotiating settlements, Yaron provides clients with insightful, strategic counsel to preserve their interests and minimize potential litigation exposure.

Upon his completion of the TAP program, Yaron was appointed to a position as a deputy district attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Before joining ZLG, Yaron was a named partner at a boutique litigation firm in Beverly Hills (2014-2023), a senior counsel in the Los Angeles office of a national, AmLaw 200 firm (2003-2014), and an associate at a midsize litigation defense firm in Century City (2000-2003).
