Anne McWilliams
Overview
Anne McWilliams is a seasoned, results orientated litigator with expertise in a diverse range of complex cases including employment, premises and products liability, medical and legal malpractice, unfair business practices, business torts, commercial and real estate disputes, and insurance bad faith and coverage. Anne has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal court, including trials, contractual arbitrations, and mediations.
For over 20 years, Anne has handled the entire gamut of labor and employment cases, including all types of terminations, discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims (pregnancy, disability, race, national origin, age, religion), unfair competition, overtime, wage statement violations, PAGA penalties, equal pay, and minimum wage, involving private and public sector workforces (non-union, unionized, executive and civil service employees).
She also provides representation in administrative proceedings and investigations, HR counseling, and employment contract drafting.
Anne is a member of Benjamin Aranda III Inns, Master.
